is there a way to create clickable links in the html presentation? Copying Hyperlinks from e.g. word doesn't work. I can imagine though that there might be another way.
If not, can you at least select the text in the html presentation somehow?

Yes there is. Please have a look at the tutorial: Frame URLs and hyperlinks.
Sozi does not provide a specific notion of link: they are supported natively by the SVG format, and you can create them with Inkscape.
I saw that, but this is not meant for internet links, is it?
My intention is just to make a slide with sources of my presentation. The sources should be visible in a way that the internet links are accessible or at least selectable.

Links in SVG are just the same as links in web pages.
Set the href field with the desired target address and it should work.
